Before ordering
To confirm a specific headset, streaming method or point setup, contact support with your device model and usage scenario before ordering.
Adding Trackers
- First confirm with support that your existing tracker model, receiver and firmware are compatible with the new devices.
- Provide your original package order info when adding points, as requested by support.
- Confirm whether straps and clips are included and how shipping is calculated.
After receiving the new devices, follow Add or Replace Trackers to pair, assign points and calibrate.
Add-on Pricing
- Price per tracker: ¥80 (CNY), free shipping, and includes a strap and clips.
- We recommend adding up to 10 trackers in total per order; beyond 10, you also need to buy a receiver (one receiver can connect at most 10 trackers).
Accessories
The following accessories can be purchased separately: straps, tracker clips, GoPro chest mount, receiver, charging dock, charging cable, stickers, etc.

Shipping
